This XO Rum is crafted from a unique and complex blend of spirits distilled from pure cane juice, cane honey, and molasses. It undergoes a meticulous dual-maturation process, starting with a long tropical aging in ex-Bourbon barrels in Costa Rica. The rum is then shipped to France for a second continental aging in ex-Cognac casks, adding a layer of French finesse. The result is a rich, silky, and well-balanced sipping rum with sophisticated notes of crème brûlée, flambéed pineapple, vanilla, and warm, gentle spice.
