This super-premium rum is a masterpiece of blending. It is crafted from a unique selection of aged rums, each matured for a minimum of 21 years in ex-bourbon oak casks. The blend is created using spirits from Guyana’s legendary heritage stills, including the Enmore (Wooden Coffey) and Port Mourant (Double Wooden Pot) stills, which produce rums of unrivalled character.
The result is a rum of exceptional depth and complexity. It offers a stunning nose of mocha, tropical fruits, and rich toffee. The palate is velvety smooth, with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, leather, baked figs, and honey, all leading to an incredibly long, smooth, and sophisticated finish.
