The House of Suntory’s Hibiki 21 Year Old is situated in the middle of the Hibiki line, between the 17 Year Old and the 30 Year Old releases. The primary objective of blending whisky is to achieve harmony, or a complex balance. This quest compels the master blender to select the best blend of whiskies from Suntory’s notable distilleries. It took centuries to perfect this, but the end result is a world-class Japanese Whisky.
