The excellent Hibiki 12 in the 70cl bottling of blended Japanese whisky, including malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries. Sadly now discontinued! Nose: Juicy marmalade with real chunks of orange, cooked apples dusted with cinnamon, thick honey and plum wine. Palate: Crushed almonds, stewed fruits, clove-studded oranges.
