The rarest of the Baijiu family Nose: Aromatic rich and fruity tones on the front of the nose, hints of pineapple and ripe mango, apricot and white pepper, some citric aromas are rather noticeable, vanilla levels things out on the incredibly complex nose.Palate: Some peppery notes, some sweet fruits, pink pepper corns, soft herbal notes with the rich citrus before levelling out to softer tones, some creamy notes and a lingering aftertaste.
