We are required to deliver to the same person that placed the order, e.g. by typically checking ID at handout.
Returns and refunds policy
There must be a valid genuine reason for the return, due to the risk of the bottle being damaged when being sent back. We will refund you using the same method which you used to pay. You must return a Product to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract. You must send the Product back to us at:

Please include a copy of the order paperwork which you receive from us, or at least a note of the order number, when you return the Product to allow us to identify your order.
They will not be accepted or refunded if the bottle (or box) is damaged or has been tampered with in anyway.
Replacement bottles will only be sent out once all the damaged bottle/s and original boxes have been returned. We only offer replacements for damaged items not refunds. This is to prevent any possibility of money laundering, or fraudulent activity.
The purchaser is liable for the return cost and making sure it’s returned safely. Once the return has been received in the same condition it was dispatched we will initiate a refund which may take up to 5-7 days depending on your bank.
As you are a consumer (that is to say that you enter this contract otherwise than in the course of your trade or business), we are under a legal duty to supply a Product that is in conformity with this Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to a Product that is faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to despatch within 24/48 hours from order confirmation, however during busy holiday periods and if the bottle you have ordered is offsite in our secure storage facility, this can be up to 7-10 working days. Once your order has been despatched we will confirm all tracking details directly with you by the email address used with your order.
Bottle and Stock condition
Please note we have several bottles in stock of each version or edition so the pictures you see on the website may not be the actual bottle you are buying.
Although we always try to buy a Uk version where possible this is not always the case. If you don’t specify a UK version only with order you may receive a non uk bottle, which might be 75cl instead of 70cl
All our bottles are thoroughly checked for any marks or damage to boxes, and while we do our very best to make sure they are all totally clean, as some of these bottles are now several years old and have gone through several buyers hands, there is always going to be some sort of handling marks which can’t be helped. By accepting our T&C’s you agree to this and have been made aware. You can always request by email a picture of the actual bottle being sent to you prior to dispatch. Once the bottle has been sent we cannot change this.
Also please note, not all, but in some bottles you may see a little sediment/cloudy, the presence of sediment is a good indication that the whisky is genuine, sediment can be a natural occurrence in whiskies bottled above 46% abv and non chill filtered. This is just some of the natural oils in whisky clumping together. Even in lower abv whiskies chill filtered it is possible to get small amounts of sediment, as the chill filtering process does not remove 100% of the natural oils. It’s not harmful in any way.
