Distilled to a formidable 54% ABV, this “Rolls-Royce Merlin engine” of spirits is crafted at a single estate distillery using local sugar beet, harvested and slowly distilled in hand-beaten copper pot stills.

Despite its powerful strength, the spirit is incredibly smooth and elegant. It is named after the legendary Supermarine aviation company that designed and built the Spitfire, capturing the spirit of British heritage and craftsmanship. This limited-edition bottle features a bespoke 80th Anniversary D-Day Landings commemorative label, a blue ribbon neck hangtag, and comes beautifully presented in a gold-foiled Union Jack collector’s gift tube.
