This is the Macallan Harmony Collection ‘Amber Meadow’, the celebrated third release in this limited-edition annual series.
This single malt was created as part of a unique collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, celebrating the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect The Macallan’s estate with their memories of Amber Meadows on the family farm.
This expression is crafted from a combination of sherry-seasoned oak and ex-bourbon casks, which imparts a warm, elegant, and complex flavour profile. Bottled at a higher strength of 44.2% ABV, it delivers notes of rich orange, lemon, honeysuckle, and warm oak spice.
The presentation is a key part of this collectible. The box and labels are 100% recyclable and have been made using repurposed meadow cuttings, a tribute to the whisky’s natural inspiration.
