This highly sought-after, travel-retail-exclusive series was released to celebrate Macallan’s relentless quest for the world’s finest oak casks. The ‘Quest’ is a complex and vibrant single malt, vatted from four different cask types.
It combines the best of both worlds: sherry-seasoned European oak, sherry-seasoned American oak, and American ex-bourbon barrels, all married together with hogsheads. This intricate process creates a smooth, fresh, and sweet whisky that is a fantastic introduction to the full collection.
This is a classic, easy-drinking Macallan, perfect for those who appreciate a lighter, zesty, and vanilla-forward dram.
