This is Hibiki Japanese Harmony, a world-renowned and beautifully balanced blended whisky from the legendary House of Suntory.
A true icon of Japanese craftsmanship, this whisky is a harmonious blend of malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, and grain whisky from the Chita distillery.
The blend is drawn from 5 different types of casks, including American white oak, sherry casks, and, most famously, rare Mizunara oak casks. This unique maturation imparts the signature Hibiki notes of sandalwood and incense.
Presented in the iconic 24-faceted bottle, which represents the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar, this is an elegant and refined whisky. It is celebrated for its wafts of honey, orange, and a herbaceous touch, all balanced by a light, sweet oak finish.
