Presented in its classic black and gold/red box, this is the pre-2014 version, a predecessor to the modern “Gran Reserva” and a must-have for Glenfiddich collectors. This multi-award-winning single malt is aged for 21 years in American oak casks before being finished for four months in specially selected Caribbean Rum Casks.
This final finishing period imparts a unique, vibrant, and complex character to the classic Glenfiddich spirit. It is renowned for its intense, sweet vanilla aroma, notes of fig, banana, and rich toffee, and a long, warming, and spicy finish.
