This rare, discontinued bottle was part of the official Diageo x HBO “Game of Thrones” Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection, released in 2019 to celebrate the show’s final season.
The Oban distillery, sitting at the frontier between the West Highlands and the Islands, was the perfect choice to represent the Night’s Watch, who guard the realms of men from the terrors beyond The Wall. The bottle is presented in a stunning, jet-black “dipped” design.
The whisky itself is a rich and complex Highland single malt, with notes of dark berry pie, liquorice, and toasted oak, balanced by Oban’s signature maritime and citrusy character.
