This is a rare and discontinued vintage from Cragganmore’s celebrated Distillers Edition series.
Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2015, this 12-year-old Speyside single malt is a standout expression. After its initial maturation, it was finished in Port pipes (casks that previously held Port wine), adding an unusual and sought-after layer of sweetness and fruity depth to Cragganmore’s complex, smoky character.
This Port-finished whisky is known for its notes of sweet raspberry, gingerbread, and rich honey, all balanced with a light, peppery oak spice.
As this 2015 bottling is no longer in production, it has become a collectible item for Speyside enthusiasts. This is a rare chance to acquire the 2003 vintage at a price below that of the current, newer releases.
