Crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, this Reposado is aged for just eight weeks in American oak barrels. This intentionally short aging process is designed to preserve the firm, intense, and smoky agave flavours, while gently softening the spirit and adding a layer of complexity.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: A bouquet of gala apples, pear, and vanilla, with notes of caramel, white pepper, and a slightly smoked agave.
- Palate: A soft and spacious palate with notes of smoked pepper, caramel, cocoa, walnut, and hazelnut.
