Inspired by three centuries of naval tradition, Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum is a modern masterpiece that reimagines the classic Navy style for today’s palate.
Created by Elixir Distillers, this rum was launched to honour “Black Tot Day” (31st July 1970), the day the Royal Navy ended the daily rum ration. However, unlike the heavy, dark rums of the past, this expression focuses on elegance and complexity.
It is a masterful blend of three distinct Caribbean styles:

Guyana: Adds rich body and notes of dark chocolate and coffee.

Barbados: Brings elegance, vanilla, and tropical fruit.

Jamaica: Provides the signature aromatic “funk” and spice.
Bottled at a robust 46.2% ABV, it is completely unsweetened and non-chill filtered, ensuring the full, natural flavour of the spirit shines through. Expect rich notes of baked banana, chocolate, peppers, and golden syrup.
