Taylor’s “Historical Collection I” 325th Anniversary Reserve Tawny Port

This is a highly collectible, limited-edition release from the prestigious Taylor’s Port house, launched in 2017 to celebrate their 325th Anniversary (1692-2017). This bottle, known as “Historical Collection I”, is the very first in a sought-after series. It is presented in a unique “Onion” shaped bottle, a bespoke design inspired by the bulbous, late-17th-century bottle shapes used when Taylor’s was founded. Inside this collectible decanter is a special Reserve Tawny Port, meticulously blended by the head winemaker from rare, wood-aged stocks normally destined for Taylor’s 10, 20, 30, and 40 Year Old tawnies. This opulent aged tawny port offers rich, mature notes of coffee, butterscotch, plum, and dried fruits, with a refined, spicy finish.
