Aged in American oak barrels for eight weeks. Short aging helps preserve the firm and intense agave flavour.
Only 3700 bottles produced and each bottle is numbered. 70cl / 40%
Sight: Yellow straw and green grass. Medium body due to aging.
Smell: Bouquet of gala apples, pear, vanilla, caramel, white pepper and slightly smoked agave. Butter, clove and sandalwood will appear after some decanting time has passed.
Taste: Slightly smoked pepper, caramel, cocoa, walnut and hazelnut. Soft and spacious palate finish.
