For this 2024 edition, master distiller Kevin O’Gorman increased the grain percentage and the amount of medium pot still whiskey as well as raising the number of first-fill American oak whiskey barrels of both pot and grain whiskey. The ex-bourbon casks are lightly charred, creating a whisky with succulent fruits, peeled ginger and golden syrup.
