The Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is a highly collectible release and the first in a new annual series focusing on sustainability and the intrinsic connection to nature. This specific bottling was initially released exclusively to Global Travel Retail (GTR), making it much harder to find outside of airports.
This Speyside Single Malt was crafted in collaboration with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca and is characterized by a natural medium chocolate profile, achieved through maturation in a combination of European and American oak casks.
